I meet a man on the winter swimming I already know that it’s only a matter of time before he joins my team of pilots. It took Marcin a little over half a year to understand it too ?

Showing predispositions at a high level, he acquires skills with full responsibility and handles increasingly complex transports. He carries out escort projects even outside the borders of our country. Full of empathy, open and reflective.
He sees what is necessary to achieve goals and is great at acting on his own. Honest, with an incredible sense of humor. He always brings a lot of smile to the office. Helpful and obliging.
Marcin responds to the needs of others and supports them in achieving their goals. Well organized establishes and maintains order in hes environment. I appreciate his assertiveness expressed in a mature and direct way.

Ich lerne einen Menschen beim Winterschwimmen und ich weiß es ist eine Frage der Zeit, dass er bei uns arbeiten wird.

Marcin zeichnet sich durch Eigenschaften auf hohem Niveau aus. Mit voller Verantwortung wächst er an seinen Erfahrungen und realisiert immer mehr komplizierte Transporte und führt sogar Begleitungen außerhalb unserer Grenzen.

Voller Empathie, offen und oft in nachdenklicher Stimmung versenkt. Nichtdestotrotz nimmt er das was getan werden muss wahr und realisiert Ziele, wobei  er mit der Tatsache selber Entscheidungen zu treffen sehr gut zurecht kommt. Als ehrliche Person verfügt er über Sin für Humor, was im Buro sehr oft zu hören ist. Hilfsbereit und auf die Bedürfnisse anderer eingestellt, unterstützt er andere beim Erreichen von Zielen. Sehr gut organisiert hält er Ordnung in seiner Umgebung. Ich schätze sein Durchsetzungsvermögen, dass in sehr kultivierter und direkten Art manifestiert wird. Offen für Innovationen und auf Menschen orientiert, knüpft er positive Kontakte. Er ist stets zur Selbstständigkeit motoviert, was zur einer unabhängigen Position führt. Reagiert bei Konflikten mit hohen zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten, die es ermöglichen mit denen umzugehen.

A long-term employee of the Tax Office, that worked in a demanding and responsible position. Another one in our team that has abandoned state-owned stagnated and undeveloping work.
It is an great honor and distinction for me that the change in Magda’s life brought her to our doorstep.

As an assistant under the wings of St. Marta, she quickly used to the duties of the accounting department and brought a moment of breath to it. Thanks to it, operations related to orders gained momentum, and as a consequence, bank accounts increased their turnover.
Magda Represents a logical mind with a tendency to study facts and situations. She mastered establishing and maintaining order in her environment to perfection. Precise, open, expects direct and factual communication from others. Full of enthusiasm, responsive to the needs of others and supporting people in achieving their goals.

“Accountancy it’s not my cup of tea, if I’m honest. I’v lasted half a year studying finance and found it too boring.”

Before I wrote about Marta, I thought back to her recruitment process and a smile appeared on my face at the very moment.
She completely blew up at the beginning, just to save herself with the bare hands. This was an extraordinary experience as I knew that I’m dealing with an exceptional person.

Love at first sight happened in this company in the past, and so was this time. Marta quickly understood how internal processes are working.  She adapted in a blink of an eye to the duties entrusted to her.
Her surprisingly fast pace of work stabilized the accounting department. Strengthening the team, we reached out for more, creating a brand of an accounting office: FinUp.

Full of enthusiasm and optimism, she easily copes with the tension and difficulties of the precise work. Her positive attitude towards changes supports the others.
She’s not afraid of challenges. Taking initiatives and self-improvement are her natural features.

Outside of work, she’s addicted to long walks on the mountain ridge in the sunset. She likes challenges and good contemporary literature. A loving, always supportive, soldier’s wife.

“Rechnungswesen reizt mich nicht wirklich – ich habe ein halbes Jahr Finanzen studiert und fand es zu langweilig.”

Bevor ich Marthas Beschreibung schrieb, ging ich zurück zu ihrem Bewerbungsgespräch und ein Lächeln erschien bei der bloßen Erwähnung. Trotz des anfänglichen Scheiterns des Rekrutierungsprozesses wehrte sich Marta mit Armen und Beinen. Die Erfahrung war außergewöhnlich, weil ich es mit einer außergewöhnlichen Person zu tun hatte.

Liebe auf den ersten Blick passiert in unserer Firma, und das war hier auch der Fall. Marta hat schnell verstanden, wie interne Prozesse funktionieren, sie hat sich sehr schnell an die ihr übertragenen Aufgaben angepasst. Das überraschend schnelle Arbeitstempo trug dazu bei, Stabilität und Sicherheit in der Abteilung zu erreichen. Mit ihrer Person das Buchhaltungsteam verstärkend, griff ich nach mehr und schuf eine weitere Marke in Form eines Buchhaltungsbüros: FinUp.

Voller Enthusiasmus und Optimismus – dank dieser starken Eigenschaften bewältigt sie die Spannungen und Schwierigkeiten bei der Arbeit, die Präzision erfordern. Sie trägt positive Einstellung zu Veränderungen und zur Unterstützung anderer mit sich. Sie hat keine Angst vor Herausforderungen, ergreift Initiativen und Selbstverbesserung ist ein untrennbarer und natürlicher Prozess in ihrem Leben.

Privat ist sie süchtig nach langen Spaziergängen entlang des Bergrückens mit den dazugehörigen Sonnenuntergängen. Liebt Herausforderungen und gute zeitgenössische Literatur. Eine liebevolle, immer unterstützende Soldatenfrau.

Eine langjährige Mitarbeiterin des Finanzamtes in einer anspruchs- und verantwortungsvollen Position. Ein weiteres Mitglied in unserem Team, das die konventionellen Strukturen des Amtsleben aufgegeben hat. Es ist mir eine Ehre, dass die Wende in Magdas Leben sie vor unsere Haustür geführt hat.

Als Assistentin, hat sie sich unter den Fittichen von Sankt Marta schnell in die Aufgaben der Rechnungsabteilung eingearbeitet, um den Arbeitskollegen eine Atempause zu gönnen. Dank Magda wurde die Auftragsabwicklung schneller, und in der Folge erhöhten die Bankkonten ihren Umsatz.

Sie repräsentiert einen logischen Verstand mit einer Tendenz, Fakten und Situationen zu erforschen. Das Aufrechterhalten von Ordnung in ihrer Umgebung beherrscht sie perfekt. Konkret, offen,  die eine direkte und sachliche Kommunikation von anderen erwartet. Voller Enthusiasmus, auf die Bedürfnisse anderer eingestellt und voller Unterstützung, bei dem Erreichen von Zielen. Sie bringt vor allem den Willen Neue Horizonte zu erreichen, sowie neue Vorgehensweisen. Tätigkeiten, die die Einhaltung von Terminen fordern, meistert sie mit Bravour, und das beim vollem Kalender. Dank ihrer Kreativität steht sie mir bei Seite bei Marketinginhalten, der Webseitenerstellung und dem FB Profil.

Privat ist sie Ehefrau, Mutter mit einer poetischen Seele, neugierig  auf die Welt und Menschen. Liebt gutes Essen und Naturheilpraktiken. Leidenschaftliche Leserin von Büchern über persönliche Entwicklung und gern Reisende in die fernen sowie in die nahen Länder. Sie entspannt sich gerne bei Musik, vor allem bei Klängen von Hochvibrierenden Instrumenten.

Jako asystentka pod skrzydłami St. Marty wdrożyła się w obowiązki działu księgowego i szybko wniosła do niego chwile wytchnienia. Dzięki niej operacje związane ze zleceniami nabrały tempa, a w konsekwencji konta bankowe zwiększyły swoje obroty.

Reprezentuje umysł logiczny z tendencją do badania faktów i sytuacji. Ustanawianie i utrzymywanie porządku w swoim otoczeniu ma opanowane do perfekcji. Konkretna, otwarta, oczekująca od innych bezpośredniej i rzeczowej komunikacji. Pełna entuzjazmu, reagująca na potrzeby innych i wspierająca ludzi w osiaganiu ich celów. Poznaję człowieka na morsowaniu i już wiem, że to kwestia czasu, kiedy dołączy do mojego zespołu pilotów. Marcin potrzebował trochę ponad pół roku, żeby też to zrozumieć 🙂

Wykazujący się predyspozycjami na wysokim poziomie z pełną odpowiedzialnością nabywa umiejętności i obsługuje coraz bardziej skomplikowane transporty. Realizuje pilotaże nawet poza granicami naszego kraju.

Pełny empatii, otwarty i refleksyjny dostrzega to, co jest konieczne do realizacji celów oraz świetnie potrafi działać na własną rękę. Szczery i odznaczający się niebywałym humorem zawsze wnosi salwy śmiechu do biura. Pomocny i uczynny reaguje na potrzeby innych i wspiera ich w osiąganiu celów. “Księgowość mnie jako tako nie kręci – studiując finanse wytrzymałam aż pół roku i stwierdziłam, że jest to zbyt nudne”.
Zanim napisałam Marty opis wróciłam pamięcią do jej rekrutacji i uśmiech pojawił się na samo wspomnienie. Mimo początkowego zawalenia procesu rekrutacyjnego Marta obroniła się rękami i nogami. Doświadczenie było nietuzinkowe ponieważ miałam do czynienia z wyjątkową osobą.

W tej firmie zdarzają się miłości od pierwszego wejrzenia i tak było w tym przypadku. Marta szybko zrozumiała jak funkcjonują procesy wewnętrzne, ekstremalnie szybko dopasowała się do powierzonych jej obowiązków. Zaskakująco szybkie tempo pracy przyczyniło się do osiągnięcia stabilizacji i bezpieczeństwa w dziale. “Seinen Weg schlug er in unserem Unternehmen als Assistent der Dispoabteilung für Schwertransporte ein. Unter der Obhut von Ania lernt Pawel die Geheimnisse der Schwertransportbranche kennen. Mit stoischer Ruhe ist er in das Informationsgewitter eingetaucht, das manchen Anfänger aus der Bahn werfen könnte. Mit voller Verantwortung messt er sich jeden Tag mit der Komplexität des Schwertransportes und versucht dabei unseren Erwartungen gerecht zu werden.

Dank seiner Aufgeschlossenheit, systematischer Arbeit und analytischen Denkens wird er zu einem viel versprechenden Lehrling. Zusätzlich ist er ein sehr hilfreicher Arbeitskollege, der nicht nur die Dispoabteilung stützt, sondern auch die administrativen Tätigkeiten übernehmen kann. Wiederholt vertritt er unser Unternehmen in den internationalen Ämtern.

Privat liebt er Brett- und Computerspiele. Er schätzt guten Humor, inspiriert durch Stand-up Comedys. “His path in our company began with the position of an assistant. Under Ania’s supervision, he is being trained and is growing into the secrets of the abnormal transport industry. With stoic calm, he entered an information storm that many beginners cannot survive. With full responsibility, he is trying to meet all our requirements, every day he deals with the matter of oversize transport.

Due to his open mind, consistency and well-developed analytical skills, he is a promising student. In addition, as a helpful colleague at work, he supports not only the specialists of the operational department, but also the administrative department, and often represents the company in front of foreign offices on behalf of the boss.

Privately, a fan of board and computer games, who values a good sense of humour, which he draws from stand-ups. Carefully selected relatives, especially a supportive wife, play a very important role in his life. “Seit 2007 eng mit der Schwertransport Branche als Begleiter verbunden. In den Jahren 2011-2013 arbeitete er in zwei Schichtsystemen: am Tag organisierte er Genehmigungen, in der Nacht war er als Begleiter für seinen damaligen Arbeitgeber tätig. Am Ende 2013 widmete sich Raphael vollkommen unserer Firma und seit diesem Moment, durch die Verbindung seiner praktischen Erfahrung als Begleiter und seiner kaufmännischen Kenntnisse, wurde er ein Experte in seinem Gebiet.

Fröhlich, gutmütig und kaum gestresst, ist er der Meinung man sollte mit dem Strom schwimmen. Die Verbindung von Spontanität und Logik macht ihn zur einer flexiblen und vielseitigen Persönlichkeit.

“Ich weiß, dass ich nichts weiß” – dank seiner natürlichen Bescheidenheit zu seinem eigenen Wissensstand, bleibt er offen für Neues.
