Pre-payment

We begin to act. When preparing the documentation for the order, we will ask you to make a 100% prepayment based on the pro forma invoice sent to you. Posting the payment on our bank account will allow us to roll up our sleeves and take further steps to complete the order.

We’ve got the power!

Our 9-person TEAM  has been working for carriers and forwarders for 10 years. However, oversize transport is unique in itself and it is in exceptional situations that it is not possible to obtain a permit or due to complicated procedures for obtaining it, we cannot guarantee the date of its submission.

We are in constant contact with you at every stage. We know that unforeseen changes may occur, we will implement them as soon as possible, but this may generate additional costs which we will inform you about immediately.

You can change your mind at any time, resign from the order – (a pity :(), but remember that we have already worked on your order (STEP 1 – 3), we may have already incurred the official costs, but we have certainly incurred the costs of our work. In this case, we will ask you to cover all these costs.

We will always help and propose the best solutions, but remember: You must familiarize yourself with the regulations in force in the country in which you plan to carry out oversize transport, including road traffic regulations and the conditions for oversize transport (conditions specified in the permit), because it is your responsibility to conduct the transport properly.

Information clause in line with GDPR

Based on Art. 14 par. 1 and par. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of the directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on data protection) (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 119, page 1 with further amendments), we inform you about the manner and purpose in what we process your data personal, and also about your rights under the regulations on the protection of personal data.

We inform that:

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with art. 6 GDPR (lit. a-c.).
  2. The administrator of personal data is Schwerlast Aleksandra Ledwig with headquarters in the os. Piastów Śląskich 24/61, Strzelce Opolskie (postcode: 47-100), VAT no. 756191066.
  3. Contact regarding the protection of personal data – biuro@schwerlast.pro.
  4. The purpose of data collection is to determine the terms of cooperation, take action before the order is executed (offer inquiry), its implementation and accounting and tax settlements.
  5. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to provide the service. In the absence of them, it will be impossible to perform it.
  6. You have the right to access the content of the data and to rectify, delete or limit the processing, as well as the right to object, demand the cessation of processing and data transfer, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (i.e. President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
  7. Recipients of personal data are servicing the administrator: courier companies, a hoster, a company servicing claims, all institutions that process data under the law.
  8. Data shared by you will not be profiled.
  9. The data controller transfers personal data to third countries that ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data, as well as to third countries that do not provide this level, through the intermediation of companies providing an adequate level of protection of personal data processing, based on con tracts for the processing of personal data, in order to take action before the order is executed, its concrete implementation, in the interest and at the request of the person whose data concern, on the basis of a separate consent.
  10. Personal data will be stored for a period of three years, counting from the beginning of the year following the year in which cooperation was completed and six years for billing purposes.

Między innymi dlatego, że to wieloletni pracownik tzw. budżetówki i jako jeden z niewielu urzędników, jakich dotychczas poznałam, któremu praca wre w dłoniach.

Jest typową domatorką. Prywatnie mama trójki synów i żona Tomka. Lubi spędzać wolny czas w gronie najbliższych. Chętnie wyciąga pomocną dłoń do tych, co mają problemy z przyswajaniem wiedzy matematycznej. Uwielbia zwierzęta i dobry film.

Assisting in order fulfillment and liaising with authorities. Like no one else, he supervises the process of submitting applications – there is no chance that deadlines will be missed. He supports the work of the operations department, caring not only about bureaucratic procedures but also about the atmosphere in the office.

A properly programmed computer – he quickly processes information and takes appropriate actions. Calm in stressful situations, eager to help even in areas beyond his specialization. He will find a good solution in any situation and emerge from adversity with a smile on his face and jokes on his lips.

In his free time from overseeing permits… 
He is a husband and father of two children. A sports fan with a passion for the gym and free weights, he is also a health enthusiast. He likes to spend his free time actively, but when necessary – he resets his mind and can completely unwind at a good party.

Die Unterstützung bei der Auftragsabwicklung und den Kontakt mit Behörden. Wie kein anderer überwacht er den Prozess der Antragsstellung – es gibt keine Möglichkeit, dass Fristen überschritten werden. Er unterstützt die Arbeit der Dispoabteilung, indem er sich nicht nur um die Behördenverfahren kümmert, sondern auch um die Atmosphäre im Büro.

Er ist wie ein…
Richtig programmierter Computer – er verarbeitet Informationen schnell und trifft die richtigen Entscheidungen. Gelassen in stressigen Situationen. Bereit auch in Bereichen außerhalb seiner Spezialisierung zu helfen. Er findet eine gute Lösung für jede Situation und kommt mit einem Lächeln und einem Scherz aus der Notlage heraus.

In seiner Freizeit, wenn er nicht mit den Genehmigungen beschäftigt ist…
Ist er Ehemann und Vater von zwei Kindern. Ein Sportfan mit Leidenschaft für Fitnessstudios und freie Gewichte, Fan von gesundem Lebensstil. Er verbringt gerne seine Freizeit aktiv, aber ab und zu schaltet er auch ab und kann sich vollkommen auf einer guten Party entspannen.

A dormant volcano that needs a slight push to explode – but only occasionally ;). On a daily basis, she is a calm, ambitious, creative soul who puts her heart into her assigned tasks.

In her free time from overseeing permits… 
She is a book lover. She mainly reads thrillers, crime novels, and romances, and when she does – she can spend hours on end. She recreationally rides a bike because she enthusiastically follows the principle “a healthy mind in a healthy body”!

Wie von Zauberhand ist sie in der Lage, selbst diejenigen mit schwierigem Charakter für sich zu gewinnen 😉

Eine ruhige, sommerliche Nacht – unscheinbar auf den ersten Blick, aber mit dem Potenzial, sich in ihrer vollen Pracht zu zeigen. Invoicing, accounting for permit and escort costs. Tax law holds no secrets for her. Justyna is a person made for special tasks, our self-appointed “implementation specialist,” who introduces colleagues to tax procedures and explains their intricacies.

She is like… 
A tornado that cannot be stopped. She has found passion in unraveling the secrets of tax law and accounting. She loves working with people and for people, is not shy about making contacts, and communicativeness is just one of her virtues.

In her free time… 
She enjoys everyday life with her family – her husband and son. In her spare time, she loves reading psychological literature, good crime novels and thrillers, as well as planning and organizing the next stages of arranging her apartment. Spontaneous meetings with friends and savoring different cuisines during outings to restaurants are her guilty pleasure. She loves dogs and cannot pass by without greeting every more or less familiar furry friend. Loud music and spontaneous pleasures help her achieve nirvana.

An oasis of calm, always focused on action – but only seemingly 😉 In reality, she is a true powerhouse of energy, which she tries to infect others with. Full of humor, lively, and consistent in her actions. Thanks to good task organization, there’s no option to hear “I’ll do it tomorrow” from her. She follows the principles – there must be order, and what doesn’t kill me, makes me stronger.

It is an honor and a privilege for me that the time of change in Magda’s life brought her to our doors. As an assistant under the wings of Senior Marta, she quickly adapted to the duties of the accounting department and brought moments of respite to it. Thanks to her, operations related to orders have accelerated, and consequently, bank account turnovers have increased.

In this company, there are sometimes loves at first sight, and this was one of those cases: “Accounting doesn’t particularly excite me – while studying finance, I lasted only six months before deciding it was too boring.” The mere memory of Marta’s recruitment process brings a smile. Despite initial stumbles, Marta defended her place with all her might. The experience was unique because I was dealing with an exceptional person.

Because, like no one else, Marta quickly understood how internal processes function and adapted to her assigned duties at lightning speed. Her surprisingly fast work pace contributed to achieving stability and security in the department. By strengthening the accounting team with her presence, I reached for more, creating another brand in the form of an accounting office: FinUp. Marta is full of enthusiasm and optimism, and thanks to these strong traits, she effectively handles tension and difficulties in a job that requires precision. In diesem Unternehmen gibt es manchmal Liebe auf den ersten Blick, und es war auch in diesem Fall so: “Die Buchhaltung reizt mich nicht wirklich – während meines Finanzstudiums habe ich es sechs Monate lang ausgehalten und festgestellt, dass es zu langweilig ist.” Die Erinnerung an den Bewerbungsprozess von Marta zaubert ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht. Trotz paar Reinfälle am Anfang hat sich Marta mit Händen und Füßen verteidigt. Die Erfahrung war außergewöhnlich, weil ich mit einer bemerkenswerten Person zu tun hatte.

Es ist eine Ehre und Auszeichnung für mich, dass die Veränderungen in Magdas Leben sie zu uns geführt haben. Als Assistentin unter dem Aufsicht von St. Marta hat sie sich schnell in die Aufgaben der Buchhaltungsabteilung eingearbeitet und Momente der Entlastung eingebracht. To dla mnie zaszczyt i wyróżnienie, że czas zmian w życiu Magdy przywiódł ją w nasze progi. Jako asystentka pod skrzydłami St. Marty szybko wdrożyła się w obowiązki działu księgowego i wniosła do niego chwile wytchnienia. W tej firmie zdarzają się miłości od pierwszego wejrzenia i tak było w tym przypadku: „Księgowość mnie jako tako nie kręci – studiując finanse, wytrzymałam aż pół roku i stwierdziłam, że jest to zbyt nudne”. Samo wspomnienie procesu rekrutacyjnego Marty wywołuje uśmiech. Mimo początkowych wpadek Marta obroniła się rękami i nogami. Doświadczenie było nietuzinkowe, ponieważ miałam do czynienia z wyjątkową osobą.

Warto na niej polegać…
Bo jak nikt inny Marta szybko zrozumiała jak funkcjonują procesy wewnętrzne, i ekspresowo dopasowała się do powierzonych jej obowiązków. Zaskakująco szybkie tempo pracy przyczyniło się do osiągnięcia stabilizacji i bezpieczeństwa w dziale. Wzmacniając zespół księgowy jej osobą, sięgnęłam po więcej, tworząc kolejną markę w postaci biura rachunkowego: FinUp. Marta jest pełna entuzjazmu i optymizmu, a dzięki tak silnym cechom skutecznie radzi sobie z napięciem i trudnościami w pracy wymagającej precyzji. Den reibungslosen Ablauf von Schwertransporten. Seit 1997 in der Branche tätig, unterstützte er einen polnischen Unternehmer bei der Abwicklung seiner Aufträgen für deutschen Auftraggeber. Vollständig qualifiziert, technisch ausgebildet und erfahren als Schwetransportbegleiter, trat er als dritter BF-3 Begleiter in unser Unternehmen ein.

Er ist wie…
Eine Schweizer Uhr. Er zeichnet sich durch einen analytischen Verstand und Genauigkeit aus und eignet sich perfekt für Aufgaben, die Präzision erfordern. Er nimmt seine Pflichten gewissenhaft wahr und erfüllt die ihm übertragenen Aufgaben mit voller Verantwortung.

In seiner Freizeit fernab von der Schwertransportbegleitung…
Verbringt er Zeit zusammen mit seiner Frau und seinem Sohn Jakub (einem schlauen Kopf). Mathematik, Technik, Elektronik, Computer, Logik und alte Eisenbahnen sind ihre gemeinsamen Leidenschaften. Mit stoischer Ruhe ist er in den Informationssturm eingetreten, der viele Anfänger überwältigen kann. Ensuring the smooth execution of various processes – from logistics to obtaining permits. His journey in the company began in the position of assistant. Under the guidance of Ania, he trained and learned the secrets of the oversized transport industry. With stoic calmness, he navigated the information storm that can overwhelm many newcomers. He takes full responsibility and strives to meet all our demands, facing the challenges of oversized transport every day.

He is like… 
An explorer – always ready to discover uncharted territories. Thanks to his open mind, systematic approach, and well-developed analytical skills, he has become a diligent worker. Additionally, as a helpful colleague, he supports not only the operations department specialists but also the administrative department and often represents the company before foreign authorities on behalf of the manager.

In his free time away from monitoring permits… 
He indulges in his passions, which include board games and computer games. He appreciates good humor, which he finds in stand-up comedy. Carefully chosen close relationships, especially with his supportive wife, play a very important role in his life. He used to play in basketball and volleyball teams, but after numerous injuries, he carefully selects physical activities to satisfy his sporty and competitive spirit.

Amatorsko grywał w drużynach koszykarskich i siatkarskich, ale po licznych kontuzjach starannie dobiera aktywności fizyczne, aby zaspokoić swojego ducha sportu i rywalizacji.

GPS z monitoringiem, świetnie rejestruje trasy i sytuacje na drogach. Jest niesamowicie zaangażowany w zlecenia i oddany powierzonym zadaniom. Nie jeden stary wyga mógłby się od niego uczyć fachu. Jest dowodem, że młodość przesuwa granice, a poświęcenie może płynąć ze współpracy, z relacji human to human.

His 12 years of experience are invaluable in such a challenging and demanding job. Though he has been with the team for a year, we are already benefiting from his reliability and diligence.

She left the judicial machinery for an accounting position and as a secret corporate detective, she is quicker than fake news on Facebook 🙂 She has many skills and hidden powers, and nothing escapes her notice. She remembers the cases she handled like no one else in the company. She invoices at lightning speed and supervises with an eagle eye to ensure that the bank account never lacks funds. She is like Catwoman – matching costs to orders with her eyes closed, all while maintaining complete professionalism and grace.

She is worth relying on… 
Because Marta is a true altruist who puts her whole heart into her work and the people – she believes in them, as evidenced by her endless enthusiasm and generosity. At work, she also shares her kindness with her desk companions – even when working from home.

A true industry expert. He has been involved in the field since 2007 as a pilot for oversized transports. Between 2011 and 2013, he worked two jobs: organizing permits during the day and driving as a pilot at night for his former employer.

Dank ihrer blitzschnellen Rechnungsstellung ist die finanzielle Liquidität des Unternehmens nicht gefährdet. Keine Kosten gehen bei ihr in dem E-Mail-Verkehr verloren – indem sie sie rechtzeitig verbucht, sichert Agnieszka die pünktliche Zahlung der Unternehmensverpflichtungen. Eine Person, die man schon von Ferne hören kann. Geneigt zu lautem Lachen und mit einem mutigen, direkten Sinn für Humor ausgestattet.

Sie besitzt viele Fähigkeiten und verborgene Kräfte, nichts entgeht ihrem Blick. Niemand erinnert sich genauer an die vergangenen Angelegenheiten als sie. Sie stellt Rechnungen in Rekordzeit aus, überwacht mit Adleraugen, dass nie das Geld auf dem Bankkonto fehlt. Sie ist wie Catwoman – sie verbindet die Kosten mit den Aufträgen mit geschlossenen Augen und bewahrt dabei stets Professionalität und Charme.

Auf sie ist Verlass…

Er plant die Transporte sorgfältig und kann dank seiner bereits fünfjährigen Erfahrung verschiedene Szenarien vorhersehen, mit denen er bei der Auftragsabwicklung konfrontiert sein könnte. Er ist ein starker Teamplayer, der für Harmonie in der Gruppe sorgt und sich tief um die Gefühle anderer kümmert. Es gibt keinen Tag im Büro ohne Tomasz mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht, der die familiäre Atmosphäre unterstützt.

den Ablauf und die Kontrolle interner Prozesse – und das seit 2013, als er sich vollständig dem Unternehmen widmete und seitdem seine Begleitererfahrung mit Büroarbeit verbindet. Ein Branchenexperte durch und durch. Seit 2007 in der Branche als Schwertransportbegleiter tätig. Von 2011 bis 2013 hatte er eigentlich zwei Jobs: tagsüber organisierte er Genehmigungen, nachts arbeitete er als Begleiter für seinen damaligen Arbeitgeber.

Er ist wie…
ein guter Teamgeist. Fröhlich, selten gestresst, er hat es lieber, mit dem Strom zu schwimmen. Die Verbindung von Spontaneität mit Logik macht ihn zu einer flexiblen und vielseitigen Person. “Ich weiß, dass ich nichts weiß” – dank seiner natürlichen Bescheidenheit und Distanz zu seinem eigenen Wissen bleibt er offen für mutige, neue Richtungen.

Jest jak iskra, która rozpala pasje i motywuje do działania, Niesamowicie charyzmatyczny, pełny odważnego poczucia humoru i entuzjastycznej energii. różnych kuchni podczas wypadów do restauracji to jej guilty pleasure. Kocha psy i nie

W zespole Schwerlast A.L. znalazła się nie bez powodu…
Porzuciła machinę sądową na rzecz posady w księgowości i jako tajny detektyw do spraw firmowych jest szybsza niż fakenewsy na facebooku 🙂 Ma wiele umiejętności i ukrytych mocy, nic nie umknie jej z oczu. Jak nikt inny w firmie dokładnie pamięta sprawy, które prowadziła. W ekspresowym tempie fakturuje, sokolim okiem nadzoruje, aby na koncie bankowym nigdy nie zabrakło pieniędzy. Jest jak kobieta kot – dopasowuje koszty do zleceń z zamkniętymi oczami, zachowując przy tym pełen profesjonalizm i wdzięk.

Warto na niej polegać…
Bo Marta to prawdziwa altruistka, która całe serducho wkłada w pracę i ludzi – wierzy w nich, co potwierdza niekończący się entuzjazm i hojnością z jej strony. W pracy nie szczędzi dobroci również swoim towarzyszom zza biurek – nawet na home office.

A gdy odchodzi od biurka…

W pełni ukształtowany motyl, który po roku pracy w dziale operacyjnym, potrzebował zaledwie chwili, żeby wzbić się w powietrze i stać się samodzielnym.Prawdziwy gracz zespołowy motywujący nas do rozwoju zaraźliwym entuzjazmem. Kontakt z klientami i onbourding nowych członków załogi. Prowadząc cierpliwe rozmowy, wprowadza w świat gabarytów nieopierzonych jeszcze pracowników jak i samych właścicieli firm transportowych. Wsparcie w niej znajdą również klienci doświadczeni, którzy nie mają czasu, ochoty, siły roboczej na zabawę z urzędami. W firmie odnalazła się również w roli nauczyciela i wdrożeniowca. Nowi pracownicy trafiają pod jej skrzydła, a tam dojrzewają, nabierają wiedzy i umiejętności, aby po niedługim czasie zająć samodzielne stanowisko.

Przebieg i kontrolę wewnętrznych procesów – i tak od 2013 roku, kiedy to całkowicie poświęcił się firmie i od tamtej pory łączy doświadczenie pilota z pracą biurową. Branżowy ekspert z krwi i kości. Od 2007 roku związany z branżą jako pilot transportów ponadnormatywnych. W latach 2011-2013 pracował na dwa etaty: za dnia organizował zezwolenia, w nocy jeździł jako pilot dla swojego ówczesnego pracodawcy.

Jest jak…
Dobry, drużynowy duch. Wesoły, rzadko się stresuje i woli płynąć z nurtem. Spontaniczność powiązana z logiką czyni go elastyczną i wszechstronną osobą. „Wiem, że nic nie wiem” – dzięki swojej naturalnej skromności i dystansowi do własnej wiedzy pozostaje otwarty na śmiałe, nowe kierunki.
